The all-new Bronco is back to into the wilderness. Bronco and Bronco Sport were torture-tested in the Johnson Valley desert - home of King of the Hammers. They also took on the grueling Baja 1000, one of the world's toughest off-road endurance races. So get ready for rugged adventure because Bronco and Bronco Sport are coming to help you experience all the excitement the wild has to offer.

Bronco can handle the sharp drops and steep inclines of rugged off-road terrain with an available best-in-class departure angle of 37.2 degree and a 29 degree breakover angle. This Ford has an aggressive available 43.2 approach angle. Stay clear of sharp rocks, fallen branches and other obstacles with a projected best-in-class ground clearance of 11.6 inches. And with a high-mounted air intake and best-in-class ground clearance, Bronco has an available best-in-class water-fording capability of up to 33.5 inches.

Race-proven, turbocharged EcoBoost engines and segment-first transmission technology help give Bronco the best combination of fuel efficiency, output and gearing to take on the wild. The electronic shift-on-the-fly (ESOF) two-speed transfer case is the base, "part-time" system. This system offers the driver three modes plus Neutral. In 4H and 4L, the system provides mechanically locked 4x4. When 4L is selected, wheel torque increases for conditions like deep sand, steep grades or pulling heavy objects. Flat towing is possible by putting the transfer case into the Neutral position.

Advanced 4x4 system features a two-speed electromechanical transfer case (EMTC) that adds an auto mode for automatic on-demand engagement to select between 2H and 4H. In 4A, the system continuously varies power to the front wheels for optimum performance for all on-road conditions. An available segment-first 10-speed automatic gives impressive low gears for impressive and helps keep you in the engines power band. Plus, hit the trails with the class-exclusive 7-speed manual transmission (6+1 Crawler Gear) paired with the available 2.3L engine. If manual transmission is preferred, Bronco's manual transmission features a unique crawl ratio of up to a best-in-class 94.75:1.

Bronco makes the open-air experience quick, easy and fun. Just snap, push and lift away. The four-door comes standard with a soft top with the option of a modular hardtop or dual tops. Four-door models have a class-exclusive removable hardtop middle panel that provides a second-row open-air experience without removing the rear cap. Class-exclusive frameless doors are lightweight and easy to remove. Bronco's four-door model makes it easy to store them onboard.

There's storage everywhere, plus adventure-ready functionality, comfort and style. Bronco's purpose-built instrument panel was inspired by the first-gen model, with gauges and controls that are clearly visible and intuitive. Because fun always draws a crowd, the Bronco four-door has plenty of elbow room for passengers with available 60/40 split-fold second-row seats that fold down in a snap to make more space for action gear. There are also available leather-trimmed, durable cloth and marine-grade-vinyl seating choices. Conveniently located for quick access, these switches make it easy to stay in control of your off-road adventure. Depending on your Bronco series, just the simple push of a button lets you engage up to six standard and available features that include stabilizer bar disconnect, front and rear differential lock, Trail Turn Assist, electronic stability control and hazard lights. Lastly, adventure is a dirty business. That's why Bronco is available with rubberized washable floors with integrated drains and marine-grade-vinyl seating.
